As of Wednesday, April 2, 2025, President Trump declared a national emergency and implemented various new tariffs at different levels on goods imported from numerous countries. The impact of these new tariffs on product availability and pricing is unknown while our supply chain partners review their inventory levels and how their upstream supply chains are impacted.
Valley is actively monitoring the situation to ensure there is no disruption to your business. Suppliers affected by tariffs on raw materials may need to adjust their pricing. As that happens, we will immediately notify you of any product price changes.

- If price increases occur due to tariffs, we are committed to ensuring they are removed if and when the tariffs are lifted.

As of March 4, 2025, a 25% tariff has been implemented on imports from Mexico and Canada, impacting various products and supply chains across industries.
At Valley, we are actively monitoring this situation and working with our vendors to ensure continued product availability. Some suppliers may need to adjust prices in response to these tariffs. We will notify customers immediately of any pricing changes and will work to remove increases if and when tariffs are lifted.
At this time, it is unclear how long these tariffs will remain in effect. We encourage our customers to stay informed and reach out to their Account Managers with any questions.
