- Caramel 120 Malt Provides flavor of dark caramel, burnt sugar, raisin, prune and toffee while adding color ranging from deep amber to brown.
- Victory Malt – One of the classic malts from Briess – with delicate notes of fresh baked bread this biscuit malt is perfect for both ales and lagers.
- American Honey Malt – Imparts a rich, sweet malt character.
- Blackprinz® Malt – Produced from hulless barley – this malt is a perfect 1:1 replacement for any debittered black malt. Smooth, dark and subtle without the astringency of black malt.
- Crystal Red® Malt – This Caramel 200 can impart a beautiful ruby hue to beer with usages as low as 4% without adding pronounced sweetness or maltiness.
