Valley Bakers Cooperative Association participates in a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the benefit of employees and their families. The EAP provides assistance for problems such as:

• Marital issues
• Stress
• Addiction
• Emotional problems
• Concerns related to financial or legal difficulties
• Alcohol or drug problems
• Parenting questions
• Communication difficulties
• Co-worker problems
• Any other problem that affects the employee's peace of mind

The EAP is administered through Occupational health Systems of Wisconsin.

There is NO COST (FREE!) to employees and their families.

The EAP hotline, 800-894-9327, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may call 800-547-7754 or visit the principal.com website to access your 401(k) retirement account. Look for the "Login" area on Principal's website. On your first visit you will establish your secure login using your Social Security Number and the account number shown on your statement. You will select a new user name and password.
